I am Kael Salas , a Venezuelan chef with more than a decade of experience in gastronomy and founder of Chef's Salas Catering , a brand that was born from the love of cooking and the passion for creating unforgettable moments.

My career began in my hometown of Carora, Lara State, and took root in the United States, where I worked for renowned chains such as Hilton, Marriott, and Disney, perfecting culinary and service techniques that now define my company's standards. I have also consulted for restaurants and created exclusive menus that reflect balance, innovation, and a deep respect for the ingredients.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working on events in more than six states across the country, collaborating with Venezuelan, Colombian, and Puerto Rican artists and celebrities. My international certifications and the 2022, 2023, and 2025 International Leader Awards attest to a commitment to excellence, creativity, and a constant pursuit of perfection.

I firmly believe that gastronomy goes beyond simply nourishing: it's a universal language that connects cultures, awakens emotions, and leaves lasting impressions. At every event, I strive to convey trust, warmth, and professionalism, because each dish is a story served with passion and pride.
